10. Publicity
GoMarketish has the right to add your name and company logo to its customer list and website. Using the other party’s name or logo requires prior written consent.
11. Cancellation Or Termination
11.1. You may cancel the Services at any time. Cancellation may result in charges until the end of the subscription and loss of access to Services.
11.2. GoMarketish reserves the right to terminate access for cause, including breaches of the Terms or non-payment.
11.3. Termination leads to immediate cessation of access and deletion of data. GoMarketish is not liable for any consequences post-termination.
11.4. Upon termination, licensed rights cease, and the obligation to pay applicable fees remains.
12. Proprietary Rights
The Site and Services are GoMarketish’s exclusive property. Removal of proprietary notices is prohibited. GoMarketish owns the copyright for the Site content and Services.
